SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Tracked shipping across all Australia

Banks Design ships across all Australia. Each order is shipped through Aus Post with complementary tracking.

Pieces will be made and sent out from Darwin NT within one week of ordering. Excluding Pre-Orders which will have an estimate shipping date on the product. Please be sure to check this date before ordering.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to return your jewellery piece in exchange for refund, please contact hello.banksdesign@gmail.com with reasoning of return and order number. This is at discretion of Banks Design. All returns are at discretion of Banks Design unless faulty and must be sent back in original packaging and unworn condition.

Please note that Banks Design does not cover postage costs for returns, unless of a faulty item.

Lost packages

If package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. We are no longer responsible for packages once proof of delivery.

Faulty Item

Each piece is quality checked before sent out but if you do happen to receive a faulty item, we are so sorry.  Please email us with a photo and your order number and we will do what we can to assist you.

Handmade disclosure

Each piece is uniquely handmade and may look slightly different to the photos online. If you have any special requests, add this to your order to message me with any enquires.

Repairs

We understand that accidents happen and your jewellery piece may need to be fixed up. We offer a repair service on case by case basis with various costs pending the work needed or if stones/beads/pearls needing to be replaced. All postage costs to and from studio is customers responsibility.
